• St John – Ambulance Operations Plan – Francis Group, working with UK partner Lightfoot Solutions, is supporting the development of a new operating plan for St John ambulance.  A key feature of this role is significant external stakeholder engagement achieved through facilitating interviews and workshops that will be integrated with the results of internal staff engagement to develop a new national plan.
• University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust – Strategy and Integrated Business Plan – Francis Group developed a new organisational strategy for the Trust, undertaking significant consultation with partner organisations and stakeholders in the development of the plan within a 12 week period.
• National Health IT Board – Shared Care Paper – Enabling Integrated Health Care – Francis Group interviewed key stakeholders and produced a recommendation paper addressing the key issues and identifying potential solutions for shared care.  The policy paper was used to inform and generate discussion with a wide range of people about what the Health IT Plan’s vision for Shared Care may mean, and what may be needed in order to enact it in the NZ environment.
• Ministry of Health – Health Information Strategy – Working with stakeholders from the whole Health sector, Francis Group managed the development and drafting of the Health Information Strategy for New Zealand (HIS-NZ) on behalf of the Chief Advisor – Health Information and Strategy, of the Ministry of Health and in conjunction with a steering committee representing sector interests.
• ACC – Review of the model for Clinical Advisory Services – Francis Group assisted ACC to review their model for Clinical Advisory Services, and explored international models for sourcing clinical advice.  Francis Group worked with ACC senior management to articulate a future state model for its clinical advisory services.
