Matt is a Senior Consultant with Francis Group specialising in organisational improvement through the application of Business Process and Information Technology. Matt has experience in both the public and private sectors with experience in Transport, Health, and Information Technology industries.
Most recently, Matt has been leading the analysis on Information Technology projects within the New Zealand Transport Agency.
