Sally is a Principal with Francis Group with extensive general management and consulting experience specialising in implementing systems-enabled business improvements in the private and public sectors.

Sally has held several programme level appointments working in the private and public sectors. Her current role is programme managing aspects of Auckland City Council’s transition to the new Auckland Council.
