Peter Schroder is a senior manager for Francis Group with experience in senior leadership, operational management, financial management and policy management roles within the Public and Private Sectors. Peter works with clients and their stakeholders to provide his experience and expertise to organisational change and improvement programmes.
Peter uses his multidisciplinary experience to grasp new subject matter and concepts and get inside an organisation very quickly. Alongside the ability to understand the key strategic and operational drivers of an organisation he also has the relationship skills and experience to relate to and work with organisations and their stakeholders at all levels.
As an experienced group manager Peter has lead managers and teams delivering critical and complex results. With a focus on building and aligning teams to strategy and driving performance improvement, Peter has developed and implemented organisational performance frameworks and performance management systems.
Pete has led a number of strategic programmes and projects including; organisational design and restructure programmes, culture and performance change programmes, policy implementation programmes and stakeholder engagement design and implementation programmes.
As a financial manager working across a range of roles and industries he has developed significant skills in financial and costing analysis, business planning and investment analysis. This included the development of major infrastructure investment models for business cases, strategic negotiations and due diligence exercises.
Peter is also an experienced policy manager, leading policy development by working closely with stakeholders on complex and controversial issues. Peter has extensive experience in engaging with Tangata Whenua in respect of their relationship with the Crown.
