Nik Clement is a Senior Consultant for Francis Group with a background in both the public and private sectors in both New Zealand and the UK. He has experience in finance, resource management, training and operations, having spent numerous years working in IT projects a number of sectors, primarily focused on Software Engineering, GIS and Reporting solutions. Along the way he has refined his skills in the project management, business analysis, process review and documentation areas.
Time spent managing a pan-european training organisation for a leading computer vendor has provided a grounding in cross cultural issues and their resolution. Nik is a registered practitioner of the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
