Naila Naseem is a Senior Consultant with Francis Group with over 20 years of industry experience in Healthcare and Management. Having worked in the UK at a Senior Management level for one of the world’s largest Healthcare Companies, Naila played an essential role in ensuring the Groups strategic plans were translated and communicated to mid-management teams and ultimately implemented locally.  This also involved working closely with National Health Service Senior Management Teams, ensuring the subcontracted clinical services objectives were aligned with Ministry of Health targets. With a natural ability to work comfortably at many levels, Naila ensures the interests of all stakeholders are acknowledged, maintaining cooperation and good working relationships between teams and individuals.

Naila is a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
