Jennifer is a senior consultant for Francis Group with experience in the health, justice and local government sectors. Since joining Francis Group in 2008 Jennifer has managed a number of projects focused on service improvement, strategy development and change management. She enjoys the interactive aspects of project management and consultation, ensuring stakeholder engagement is conducted in a meaningful way that helps shape project outcomes.

Jennifer has worked as a strategic advisor in central and local government, and has private sector experience with a research consultancy. She is currently managing the national roll-out of two medication safety projects for the Health Quality and Safety Commission.
