Daniel Chee is a senior consultant for the Francis Group specialising in the justice and social sectors with experience in the health and further education sectors. His experience includes communication and consultation, working with stakeholder groups, encouraging innovation and collaboration across multiple provider agencies, programme and project management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, problem definition and gap analysis, and business planning and business case development.
Daniel has good knowledge of the justice sector, with particular regard to working with marginalised groups in society (i.e. ex offenders, people who have spent time in refuges, and those with mental health issues and disabilities) in order to assist them to operate fully in society. In particular this work focussed on working with multiple service providers to encourage them to collaborate to meet the needs of these groups.
Prior to joining Francis Group he spent time working for the philanthropic arm of Lloyds TSB Bank in order to identify areas most in need of funding. This work included moving projects through the initial research phase, to developing proposals, to working with delivery agencies throughout the design and implementation phases, and monitoring and evaluation of delivery. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology.
