What we do

We help governments and their partners improve community outcomes – the health, social and economic wellbeing of their communities.

We do this by helping them think about what they want to achieve, what sort of organisation will best achieve that and then assist them implement the required change.

Our vision is that communities are supported by public services that contribute to their social and economic well being in ways that are collaborative, efficient and sustainable.  Francis Group’s goal is to help other people and richly contribute to a better community by:

• Providing expert advisory services to health and the public sector,
• Targeting pro bono professional services to community organisations in need,
• Demonstrating personal leadership and service in the community.
